All utility strike reports are now managed through the Strike Portal. To submit strike information, Users must first request access completing the application form on the dedicated Strike Portal webpage. 

The Strike Portal is free to use, and all strike data submitted through the system is anonymised, helping to improve the industry knowledge and safety while protecting the identity of those reporting incidents. 

Once your access request has been approved, you’ll be able to log in and upload strike reports directly through the portal.
